What User doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
I attempted to order online for delivery, but received a message stating that this restaurant does not accept special instructions for orders. How can I customize my order? I am a fan of Jersey Mike's and would gladly give them a 5-star rating once this issue is resolved. I believe that for a $19 sandwich, I should be allowed to select my choice of cheese. I like the cheese steak at this place, it was always great. I just have to think that I'll be back soon.
Just can’t understand why you can’t get what you order.. if they would stop talking to each other and pay attention of they’re doing, maybe, just maybe the sandwich my be right.. I’ll be finding another place to go. To many times my sandwich has not been completed as ordered.
High quality, fresh ingredients with quick, friendly service. The problem is portion size. I spent nearly $8 on a sandwich less that 6 inches long. It contained only two paper thin slices of ham and two equally thin slices of cheese. Good tasty food but not even close to being worth the price.
It has great sandviches with affordable prices. Delicious and yummy products.
Went in during the busy time, the team was incredibly fast while maintaining attention to detail on each order
