If I could give this place 0 stars I would,I’ve ordered pizza from here 2 times now and neither times did I actually receive them,based on others reviews this is a normal occurrence,customer service sucks they have bad attitudes and I can just tell they hate their jobs,never making the mistake of ordering from here again View all feedback.
Absolute müll. becomes a good, reliable memory, but no longer. the latest order lasted 2 hours. even in-store collection. they come to the desired time and they just tell them to wait another 45-60min. manager does not offer an apology or explanation. they also have the clingel on the handy disabled and not answer. I have tried to cancel an extremely late order in the past and no one takes off. after visiting the load I see why: the phone flashes and lights up all few seconds while the manager stacks and stacks. there are only two other people. you'd think he's short, and help. No, I'm in the opposite, like he's waiting for the last franchise.
I ordered a pizza on 1/14 that was never delivered, but I was charged for it. I have called multiple times every day since. The phone rings 5 or 6 times and then goes to a message saying that the voicemail is not set up. I've tried to contact customer service but every time I call, they are either closed or I'm number 27 in line to talk to somebody. I have emailed and left feedback, and no one has contacted me or refunded my money.
I’ve been trying to call this store for the past 20 minutes. Has been my go to store, but now we can’t order delivery, when the hours ONLINE say they’re still open. I get if you don’t have enough drivers, but at the very least, change your hours for online delivery.
Be really cool if they actually adhered to they business hours and didn't close online ordering 2 hours early every night and then not answer the phone?You kinda want to feel bad for them being understaffed or something but it's almost like they enjoy not working as I love dominos so much I applied to this location to have heard back nothing. Don't know if it's the franchise owner or some new manager but this I pathetic.
This place doesn’t pick up the phone or post online updates of your order. Sometimes my order is never delivered and I have to make other plans. If this wasn’t the only pizza delivery place near me I would have abandoned them long ago. Emails sent to corporate were ignored.
