The drinks didnt taste good and i can see why… so unsanitary.

Edit: I was told that this chain and this specific location have charged cards over the phone before, so none of this experience makes sense now. They don't tell you that when you place a phone order they only take your card information so they can charge you if you no-show. They refuse to use it for payment otherwise. I didn't place the order, just picked up, so they wasted 20 minutes of my time while we tried to figure out why they wouldn't give me the order, and made me put my family's order on my card instead of the one we planned to pay with. And they had the full card info from the phone order hand written on a paper and just sitting by the register in full view, so I guess we can expect fraudulent charges now too. The food's not anywhere near good enough for this kind of hassle. And the guy was flippant and unhelpful about the whole thing. Also tried to lie to me and tell me that's just how the system works, which is not how any POS system I've ever seen works.

Below average food at above average prices... They have 2 highchairs only... Take your family somewhere else

The food is decent. BUT $22 for an iced coffee and a bowl of noodles.

Great for lunch or dinner. I highly recommend the shaved ice as an ice cream alternative. Boba tea is mid but everything else is great!
