Despite minor service hiccups, Clive Bar remains a must-visit spot for locals and visitors alike, perfect for memorable evenings and group gatherings.
Was DK Park at Clive a mag?
The Clive Bar was a lot of fun and had a great layout. It was the only club open on a Wednesday night. The venue spans three floors: the bottom level features a dance floor, the second floor is a cozy space for smoking and socializing, and the top floor is a rooftop area. Bars are located on the first and third floors, with smoking permitted on the upper levels. The live DJ played fantastic music, and the atmosphere... View all feedback.
What Camila Osinski dislikes about Clive:
5 star atmosphere and beer service. Friday night DJ 1 star. Would skip a song every 40 seconds and make the overall dancing experience awkward and disjointed. Fix that and you’ve got 5 stars! View all feedback.

Fun place, plenty of room so a good spot is you are visiting Rainey street on a weekend like we were. Bar staff were quick and friendly
We were visiting Austin for a work conference, and wanted to grab a drink somewhere that wasnt going to be really loud and where the staff were friendly. We came to Clive and were not disappointed! The staff was attentive and friendly, the drinks were made well and made strong, and the second night when we returned, they had a live band that was actually pretty good! 10/10 would recommend if you find yourself near Rainey St, definitely give the guys at Clive Bar a visit!
Great bar! It has three levels and offers excellent drinks. The atmosphere is inviting. It's the perfect spot to watch "Rain of Destruction" at the little bar across the street.
This is a fantastic venue for group gatherings, offering ample space across three levels. The first level is fully accessible, and there is an elevator that provides access to the second and third levels, though you'll need assistance from the bartender or the bouncer to unlock it. Here are some photos from Teslacon Texas 2022.

Stop number one on our Rainey Street experiment. When we wanted to drink, we left the pick-up truck home and took Lyft. The Lyft driver let us...
I'm here to visit and say we're a ruthless bar was a little shocking. No alternatives, just no. Would recommend at least biodegradable straws.
The music was fantastic and the atmosphere was incredible! However, I think it's important for management to address the behavior of their bartender. They have a rather unpleasant demeanor and seem to have a bit of a power trip attitude. It would be great if they could receive some proper training.
Is/disabled institution. Open Monday took all Afrotech conferences business and then closed on Tuesday night when google says it is open until 2:00....
The restaurant spans multiple levels on Rainey Street, featuring at least three stories. The ground floor retains the charm of the original bar, paying homage to the early days of Rainey's gentrification, when the area transformed from residential houses into bars and food truck parks. The venue boasts a multi-level design, complete with a spacious outdoor stage. The second level offers a vantage point overlooking the stage and can serve as a VIP area. The top floor is a rooftop space with a view of Rainey Street. There are two main bar areas: one in the original house and another on the rooftop deck. Drinks are served promptly, ensuring minimal wait times.
