The food was acceptable, but the dining area needed significant improvement. The floors were dirty, there was litter scattered about, and the tables were not cleaned. The staff appeared to be more interested in their phones than in tidying up. I doubt I will return to this restaurant. It was evident that the manager was not effectively managing the situation, as the dining area was in such bad shape.
I paid extra for a double-wrapped burrito, but I didn't receive it. I can let the missing fajita veggies slide (are we still dealing with food shortages?). I really like Chipotle, but it's clear that this location is having some issues with online, drive-thru, and delivery orders.
