Interesting little deli, where I never would've expected one. Pretty tasty, very fresh, and the service was very friendly.

I understand that it may take a bit longer than at a fast-food restaurant, but they don’t advertise themselves as one. The wait time is similar to what you’d experience at places like Chili's or Jason's Deli. The food here is anything but mediocre; I’ve enjoyed every sandwich I’ve tried. If you’re looking for a delicious, homemade-style sandwich, I highly recommend giving this place a shot. However, if you’re in a rush for cheap food, there’s a McDonald's about a mile down the road.

I used to really enjoy having lunch at this deli and I'm so disappointed that they have closed. They offered some excellent lunch specials at a great price.

This modest deli is truly a hidden gem. In one word: 'fresh' encapsulates everything I adore about the Carving Board. I visit as frequently as possible, though not as often as I'd like!
