My experience at BWW was utterly disappointing. Not only did the staff fail to bring water promptly, leaving me desperate for relief from their habanero wings, but they also committed the egregious act of stealing an unauthorized tip from my card. When confronted about this theft, they callously dismissed my concerns, claiming there was nothing they could do about it. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this establishment at all costs. Right is right wrong is wrong.

Workers here are very kind with service and all every time. They also have austin local beer on menu. If yall go on tuedays, its bogo!!!

I placed an order on Monday and went to pick it up. I waited for 20 minutes but my order was not ready. I approached the person at the front desk and he informed me that my order would take 45 more minutes to be ready. I was disappointed and asked for a refund, which he agreed to process. However, I was still charged the full amount of $41.60 and never received my refund. It was a bad experience overall.

Worst service. There were no one to even take order, serve water, plates and spoons. Need to wait 30 mins to get plates and spoons after delivering food. Ordered Bourbon Pineapple punch and received Pineapple Mojito. Quality of food is not at all good. Worst experience ever.

Came there for UFC 298. We called ahead of time to ask what time they were showing the fights. They said all of them, starting at 6pm. Well we showed up at 6pm and practically had to beg for them to put the fights on. I finally had to pull it up on my phone for the entire table to watch. They finally put the fights on around 8pm. To make things worse, our waiter was high the entire night. He’d disappear for over an hour or go back and forth to the restroom. When he did come back he’d mumble just about everything to where all 10 of us had to ask him to repeat himself. We were there from 6pm-11pm and not a single dish was picked up. 15 empty drinks and 10 empty plates. When it was finally time to go he had to come back multiple times for each party to ask what we ordered. He obviously never used the POS system. Hope he wasn’t expecting a tip.
