By far the best vegan breakfast/brunch I’ve had to date; they also had packaged baked goods from Zucchini Kill (vegan/GF bakery)!!! Updated from previous review on 2022-10-30 View all feedback.
What Tobin McCullough doesn't like about Brunch Bird:
I was super pumped to get some stuffed French toast. but it was more of a slightly stuffed situation. my friend got the texas breakfast burger and said it was a “mad okay”. my matcha was earthy and tasty and the carrot cup is a 4.75/5 the vibes in the restaurant are immaculate, and I hope some of the other food options are better. The best brunch I ever had in my 8 years to be vegan! the eier benedict had super realistic tasting speck (at least it tasted like ham) and the casual egg was quite close to the real thing. the cookies and the heavy ones are also a must try! the filled French toast was not enough for my lust, but it was still good, and the mozzarella sticks not disappointed
The best brunch I've ever had! all I've tried was extraordinary!
Happy that I found this, brunch is my favourite! late the day, in austin and want to go vegan quickly. casual atmosphere. artsy. fast, friendly, tasty. full cash. will definitely go back and try the dune in experience.

Got the stuffed French toast, gravy potatoes, and side of scrambled eggs. Everything was super good! The French toast wasn’t soaked very long in the batter so it wasn’t super soft. All the flavors were very good and the staff was super nice! Also, got some pastry snacks to go! Updated from previous review on 2022-05-22
