B Cooper Barbecue - Austin

Their Turkey is perfectly moist and flavorful. I had the 4 meat plate w Brisket, Ribs, Sausage and Turkey. I’m leaving full and satisfied.

A little hard for us to find, thinking our noses would lead the way, but there were no typical smokehouse BBQ smells wafting on the air this Sunday afternoon. Once we found the trailer the BBQ was typical BBQ, except for the turkey, it was moist and juicy and smoked. The potato salad was delicious, corn salad was different but refreshing on the hot day. I did not care for the BBQ sauce(vinegar based) but the good thing is, is that it was not needed. I'm planning on coming back once the weather cools down and to try other items from the menu.

Had the 2 meat platter and was not disappointed. The sauces are more vinegar based and add a different flavor when compared to other Barbeque options of the area. Their Turkey shined for me. Very juicy, especially for white meat.

I had the pleasure of going of finding this Gem of an Establishment on google. I had to get the 5 meat plate that was served generously.. No Cap . Mr. Cooper is a wonderful treasure and a Master of his Craft. Definitely worth the effort to see him for both quality and price. I Love this place.

Went 2 B.Coopers Barbecue for lunch with my family. It's a small spot with lots of seating, the wait was not long and customer service was great! I paid around 60 dollars for 2 big plates of BBQ and a brisket sandwich. If your looking for some BBQ without the long wait times and lines, this is the place for you.
