Great experience at Austin Land and Cattle! The meat of the Ribeye was very tender with Argentinian Steak being the best quality steak my wife has ever had. Being a shrimp lover, I would have appreciated 1-2 more shrimps for the cocktail but it was great! Mac and cheese is also a must-have! Would definitely go there again for a dinner date or if friends coming from out of town. View all feedback.
What Devonte Cronin doesn't like about Austin Land & Cattle Co Steakhouse:
Service was excellent (Joe). It was extremely loud in the restaurant. Food wasn't cooked as ordered, but they did re-make it swiftly and correctly. Lots of kids. View all feedback.
It was a place I have wanted to go to for years, really my opinion was it was just nothing overly impressive. Escargot was good Caesar salad fine Brussels sprouts where good truffle mack lacking flavor bone in Ribeye was good. I hope it was just that we went on Tuesday evening and not the a-team chef's working? I also might have built it up in my head and was expecting more the way I had heard people talk about it for years not sure. One thing I can say is the service and servers where awesome no complaints as far as that goes...

What a meal! ALC is truly a dining experience. The ambience is nice (low lighting, comfortable chairs, etc), although when in full swing it can be louder than I prefer. I opened with the wedge salad which was a generous portion and very crisp and fresh. Next was the 10oz filet minion which had a great, flavorful crust and cool, medium rare inside and I finished with the cheesecake which is so creamy and decadent, it's almost beyond words! Definitely enough for two people, but if you're motivated, one person can finish it all! Pro tips reservations are a must and parking is almost non existent. If you're headed there during prime dinner hours, I suggest taking an Uber to save the parking hassle.
We got a last minute reservation, not knowing much about the restaurant other than online reviews. The exterior does the interior no justice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our server was always there just in time to check on us and kept our glasses filled. The food was top notch. I had the wagyu steak, which was advertised as aged 30 days and Asparagus with green chimichurri. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. It was tender and full of flavor. My wife had chicken breast with the Mac and cheese. She loved every bite. I cannot recommend this place more. This has become an absolute favorite, and an experience we will never forget!
Decided to try this restaurant when the original one we wanted to go to had almost a 2 hr wait. I loved that I was able to make a reservation online, super quick and easy too!! The reviews seemed pretty good so went for it. It was a great experience all around. It was a little loud for me, but the food and service made up for that. The steak was one of the best I have had, cooked perfectly and a great taste. I also ordered the Dijon balsamic Brussel sprouts and they were amazing!! I wasn’t sure I would like them and my awesome waiter told me to let him know if I didn’t and he would get me something I liked. It’s a little pricey, but oh so worth it!!
