As a former Austinite and customer for a decade, I did not feel the same sense of customer service that I once knew before Austin has drastically changed. Apparently showing up 5 to 10 minutes before close means people serving ice cream at this location will tell you that they don’t plan on mixing your toppings but you’ll still be charged the full price with a flimsy plastic spoon.
