What Xander M doesn't like about Eldorado:
Place is cute inside, but as for the food it was overpriced, flavorless and small portions. Moreover, our server had a very snarky attitude which I did not care for in the slightest. I've had their food catered several times and it was excellent and good portions for a group of 10. This experience dining in was not in any way enjoyable. View all feedback.
The food is so so SO good! Nice, chill place with a really nice atmosphere. Also, the drinks are amazing and totally worth getting. My new favorite drink, the purple people eater. Literally crave it now and HAVE to get them now. My wife also loves it here. Have I mentioned the salsa? The flight is worth it if you want to try em all, otherwise you pick one or two and that comes to your table free. So good, can't wait to come back. Has become my new regular and favorite texmex place. Jen(n? the the server is also amazing and super attentive and had her both times recently. The service is great and all the staff is super friendly. I went last time and got a bunch of nice compliments on my shirt and being really nice/friendly. It was really nice since it has been a really hard week for me. Can't wait to come back.

Absolutely off the chart....so good. This is your new Friday nite spot...every Friday yo.I wrote this review years ago and glad to say Eldorado cafe survived covid 19 and all the restrictions and is flourishing this place is absolutely amazing the food is beyond delicious the service is always wonderful the different types of salsa are unique complex and just always a pleasure to eat. I hadn't been in a while so I sat down at the bar how to couple margaritas with Lalo tequila. And I ordered a plate and as you can see I've finished my plate hadn't eaten this much in a long time I save these rare occasions for food this good thank you so much for bringing this amazing menu to Austin Texas.
The restaurant is very popular and a reservation should be made. It's located in a small plaza with plenty of parking. If you're there early, you can grab a drink and sit outside. The restaurant was clean and simply decorated.The salsa sampler was very cool and has a range of spiciness. The complementary chips came out warm. The Rene's Awesome Enchiladas was very delicious and perfectly portioned. The dish has really good flavors and you'd want to mix it all up for a flavourful bite.
