The menu has undergone significant changes, with fewer options available and higher prices. This would be acceptable if the quality hadn't also declined.

I had a very frustrating experience at Red Lobster. If just one item is incorrect, I can overlook it, and the staff usually resolves issues quickly. However, when two or three things go wrong and the manager has the audacity to respond the way they did, it’s simply unacceptable.
