Red Lobster - Austell

The phone number you call to tell them what place you are for picking up was not working properly. I called quite frustrating several times. Finally, I just spoke... if you can hear me... this is the room I am and unfortunately I can't hear you. I had to get out of my vehicle because I wasn't sure what was going on. The young lady was on her way to bring my food and she apologized. It was definitely not her fault, but hopefully a manager was alerted so they can fix it. The food was pretty good. The potato was not baked. Apart from that, it was great and you get so much more for your money at lunch price.
