Ayo African Restaurant Bar - Austell

The Best African food in the city! I had the goat meat with jollof rice, and it was delicious! The goat meat was not super tough like these other restaurants. The jollof rice was perfect! I absolutely enjoyed my meal!

The jollof rice, beans, and dodo were very good. The beef was a bit tough. The Zobo was very good as well. Nice ginger taste. The saki was slightly more salty than my taste. The meat pie was a bit dry for my taste as well but the main dishes were top notch so still 5 stars in my book. I would recommend this place and I would come back.

I moved to the state of Georgia about 3 years ago and I have tried just about every so-called authentic African restaurant there is and none of them compare to this restaurant. The food is top tier very flavorful and plentyI also love their flavored cold drinks.The food is absolutely delicious. EVERY time I order the customer service is always amazing and the atmosphere is really really nice the music selection is nice too I always find a new song to add to my personal playlistI pray that they never change cooks or places because I definitely will have to hunt them down lol ?Last but not least there are not too many restaurants in ATL that you can find in with a Grade A of 100 from the food inspectors so hands down this is the best place to get good African food …Thank me later ?Sorry no pictures I ate it too fast lol ?
