What User doesn't like about Winchell's Donut House:
I should start with... I love Winchell's. On this particular visit, I went with a business proposal for the owner. It's not that he decided not to do business with me but that he (employee and the owners soon I believe) was flat out rude, dismissive, and actually rolled his eye at me when i had to flag him down to order a dozen donuts. my class: ki had a great experience! the e. hampden store in aurora is a great location. the load was clean and well maintained. the donuts were fresh, soft and delicious! I ordered more than I had, but it's worth it. the prices were reasonable. the owner was pleasant and welcoming. I have placed my order online and they are ready for my arrival. while my first visit was at this place, I look forward to the return! View all feedback.

Not a halal place. They say just say Bismilah and eat. I highly recommend not to eat any non veg here if you are looking to for halal place.

I think their donuts are pretty good, service has to improve. A happy face and smile would go long ways. Then everything will be perfect.
