Went for dinner during a convention and yes it was packed as could be and we couldn't make a reservation. However, the hostess got us seated at the bar with a very short wait, and Lori took great care of us. Splurged on extra drinks and had a great time, plus the food was fantastic- I had the scallops and husband got the NY strip (Tagaliata). What Tara Bertelloni doesn't like about Vista Montagne:
Service was terrible. My partner’s toasted sandwich came out luke warm, and had clearly been sitting for a while. My caprese sandwich was inedible the bread was not quite View all feedback.
Avocado toast was very good. I would recommend the blood orange mimosa. The eggs were delicious and the smashed potatoes super delicious!!
I wish I could give a 0.5 rating for food. I am actually surprised it has 3.4 ratings. That’s a very high rating for the food they serve. If this were a restaurant outside the resort.. it would go bankrupt in a week. The prices are atrocious for the quantity and quality of food. The best item we ordered was my kid’s chicken tenders. We have not tasted worse Italian food than this in the recent times. Olive garden is heaven when compared to this nonsense. At least replace the cook. Ambience is good!
Four of us came here for dinner here tonight. For the price we were very disappointed. We let them know ahead it was our 39th anniversary and they did not even acknowledge it. Food was okay but nothing special. My chicken parmesan was tasteless and the red sauce was not good. My wife’s brasato noodles were the same as mine, no flavor. Service was okay and Ana had no personality. She was kind of like a robot. When we came here we met another couple who was staying here. They make you pay for parking in the farthest lot. There is construction everywhere and it’s confusing to get around. Will we come again, no.
The food was ok, but super expensive. The service was very, very slow. We were with a large group and it took 1 hour to get our first round of drinks. Despite a large conference at the hotel, they only had 1 bartender and one waitress for our group. They did their best, but need more employees.
