Thai Basil - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Thai Basil:
This place is a joke. After being charged for a large draft beer, the bartender found out that none of the taps were working that day – it was not the morning – and decided to simply give me a bottle instead, which is priced far less. Aside from me, there was only one other person in the entire restaurant, and she had to walk up to the bar and ask for a check, she was waiting at her table so long with noone coming by...
