Contribute FeedbackOverall, the restaurant received mixed reviews. Some customers were pleased with the food and service, mentioning attentive staff and delicious meals, such as the brandy shake. However, there were multiple complaints about the reservation system, with guests experiencing long wait times and confusion with online booking platforms. Issues with seating, long wait times for food, and subpar quality of dishes were also mentioned. While some guests were able to have a positive experience, others were disappointed with their visit to this particular TGI Fridays location.
The service was lacking there was no hostess to check me in for my reservation. The table wasn't even ready for my party our food was served an hour and thirty minutes after being there, there was no glass wear being used just plastic to go cups only one waitress in the whole establishment. Drinks also took about thirty minutes to be served. Worst experience ever
We got there at 1pm were not seated until 120 our food did not arrive untl 2pm and we had to ruch and eat to be back to work by 230pm. Server was not on top of it and also was late. Not very busy in the place either. Our table was not ready. With reservations??? Bad time
Be careful when booking here. It doesn't appear that they monitor their OpenTable system, so when I book it's never updated until several days later when it automatically adjusts. Otherwise it's similar to every other TGI Fridays experience.
Made reservations through OT, got there and had to argue with the hostess because she insisted they don’t do reservations. I even showed her the confirmation with their location and address
Food took forever to get from the kitchen and you could tell it had been sitting a while. Server was good but admitted it was her third day on the job. Just not 100% satisfied with this experience.
