I've found my new starbucks for working during the week! Everyone has been super friendly the drive thru is fast and both people I interacted with today were so pleasant. I use the app and scan it to pay at the register but there isn't a way to tip on that?! How crazy these people deserve these tips. Corporate needs to change that!! View all feedback.
What N M doesn't like about Starbucks:
The staff at this location always seem to have an attitude whenever I go here. I get a Frappuccino once a week on the day I work 13 hours at my job. The last few times I’ve gotten one it has had an EXCESSIVE amount of caramel in it, but this time was just ridiculous. The staff at this location always seem to have an attitude whenever I go here. I get a Frappuccino once a week on the day I work 13 hours at my job. The last few times I’ve gotten one it has had an EXCESSIVE amount of caramel in it, but this time was just ridiculous. I get Starbucks employees “don’t like making Frappuccinos”… but like I said I go there once a week for my one thing I “splurge” on and they do this. It’s just unnecessary and unacceptable to do passive aggressive things to paying customers who ask for extra caramel. Especially when you keep raising the prices of things to begin with. So thanks for ruining my drink and making my morning terrible.
After ordering a coffee and two food items I received my coffee but then it took 10 minutes and asking two different people before someone would get them. Besides the guy that helped me everyone else that was working there looked someone had just shot their dog in front of them. They could not have been less interested in doing their job.

Husband brought me home a grande chai tea latte this morning. Unfortunately there was no chai in it, just expensive warm milk. Not the first time at this location.
Never again. I come here because it's the closest one to me but it's always something. I call to get something fixed come in and the communication and service horrible then only give me one drink and just stare at me when I'm at the window talking. I'll be calling corporate for my money back
