Sabor Mexican Grill - Aurora

No frills Mexican food, but very good. Especially recommend the smothered burritos and torta sandwiches. Prices good too. Why go go to a chain that sells imitation fast food Mex when the real deal is available, including a staff that speaks Spanish?

This is the first Sabor Mexican Grill I'd been to and was pleasantly surprised. Really good food, especially for the price. The service was excellent, too.

Wow!! I feel like I got special treatment. Everything on point!... portions, price, flavor, service. The only way I was able to bend the laws of physics and get the whole thing inside me was because the Sabor, I mean flavor kept me going till it was all gone!

I enjoy their burritos, tacos and juevos rancheros. I think most people will enjoy their burritos the most. My wife thought the taco tortillas were stale once. I think the grilled mahi mahi portion looks small. I've pretty much liked everything there. I think their burritos are what most people will like the best though.

I have Never been here before today. The drive thru was open but no dine that I was aware of, (due to Covid 19, I 'm sure. I had to wait a fair amount of time in the drive thru. There were several cars ahead of me and this was no Chick-fil-A (aka really fresh but uber bland food served at warp speed . I seriously thought to myself is this worth the wait?!!! After nearly 10 mins I received my 'Fast Food ' and I must say other than the fact that they didn 't have Diet Coke or Unsweet Ice Tea I was very, very impressed. Since I had Never been here before I had a few questions about the menu items. Mainly, what is Pastor? (I was thinking Priest, Pontiff, Pope. How wrong I was! I totally butchered the pronunciation but the woman working the drive thru was Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable and she informed me that it was marinated grilled pork. I ordered a two shrimp taco plate and it was freaking fantastic!!! The food was freshly prepared, hence the wait. They gave me fresh tortilla chips with my tacos. I know they were fresh because they were still warm and crisp when I received them. Long story longer this place rocks!!!
