Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

We are in the city for business trips, had a long day and wanted some of our favorite foods. there was no time to find and explore a place. I'm here at 19:30. the place was empty (8.15.22) we asked for a table of 2 and it was a 15 minutes waiting. the place was empty, a table sat. there were 3 other party of 2 waiting (there was before us.) we waited the 15 minutes and they haven't sat yet. I understand it, personal could be low, but her business seat, where is the leader and owner of this load. they have 2 and 1/2 stars on the ice. the reviews are not better? When do you know they have a problem?

Burgers were good. Barbeque brisket was disappointing, it was like they added only a teaspoon of brisket, finely chopped bacon (to make it look full) and charged full price. Ridiculous.

The health department should close this place down. The floors are so slippery you don't want to turn cause your butt will be on the floor. The bathrooms haven't been cleaned probably in years you're lucky if there's paper. The walls are so disgusting you don't dare touch them. They let a customer bring an untrained dog in and let it sit on the booth at the table.

It was literally dead inside at 4 pm on a Monday and my son and I were waiting for 20 minutes. Why we were waiting so long? I have no idea. Last time I'm going there.

It's not much of a experience. We got seated at our table about 7:30 we waited for our waiter to even greet us for about 15 minutes. Nothing. We even asked someone if they have seen the waiter that is supposed to wait on us. She said she will have someone right over. And 10 minutes later still nothing. We saw 3 other families that got seated after us already get the drinks and appetizers. While we waited for about 5 more minutes to see if we will ever get service. Nothing. We just left. Not very happy with the experience.
