Eating was good, but the fact that the restaurant was almost empty, and we had to wait and finally go on looking for a server to get our order was disappointing. Once we have a server, he was polite and has done a reasonable job.
Let me begin by saying our waitress olga was great! we sat for the birthday with our family at midday, and a deck of flowing falls and sprays water everywhere. it got some of our family members wet and we had to pull our table away. it was sitting there for minutes before someone came to clean it, and a few close said it was the second time that this happened. the manager was hesitant to say or do for at least the few who were wet. they clearly need her that was looked at and fixed. it could have hurt someone if they were sitting there.
Our waitress was excellent. we can't remember their names, she had blonde haare in a ponytail or above and she worked the stands in the bar area on Friday, she had a great setting and made our jubilee lunch perfect.
WE'RE BEEN THIS PLACE OUR FAVORITE PLACE, CLOSE TO HOME FOOD ARE DELICIOUS, PRICE AFFORDABLE. FRIENDLY STAFF. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FAMILY AND LOVED ONES AND FRIENDS AS WELL
They cancelled my priority seating minutes before our time. The manager was hostile for no reason. He wanted me to prove I had made the priority seating. So I opened the app and it showed it was canceled by the restaurant minutes before our time slot. I rebooked so I could get my points . The whole interaction was five minutes, I was never unkind, he was just very hostile. Like he was angry or something. Very weird and pointless. I doubt I’ll go back. (Our waiter was nice though.
