Papa Johns Pizza - Aurora

It is a hit or miss on their order made right or without missing ingredients. I think they try their best as they are the most time short staff, but overall the pizza is good.

I hadn’t ordered from Papa John’s in several years. My grandkids were coming over today to help me with some things, and my grandson likes stuffed crust, so I ordered from there. I ordered pizza, brownies and the chocolate chip cookie plus Sierra Mist and Dr Pepper. The food came fast, was hot and tasted excellent. I will absolutely order from there again.

Terrible customer service. Waited over three hours for my pizzas to even be made and put in the oven. When we finally got the pizzas, both of them were made wrong . Talked to the manager and no apology or even acknowledgment to try to do better next time. I’ll just go get frozen pizzas from Safeway next time.

Called the Papa John’s store directly to place my delivery, they quoted me about 30 to 45 minutes delivery time. After an hour and 45 minutes I called them to ask what was going on with my delivery. For some reason they decided to outsource my order to DoorDash. Long story short finally got my pizza two hours later it was lukewarm at best. This was my first time ordering papa Johns and will be my last time.And the food is disgusting they use a very sweet sauce in the pizza and the hot wings are very chewy and tough. Disgusting! Please save your money and avoid this place at all costs!! You will be disappointed

Don’t ever order from this Papa John’s location!Placed an order on the app at 5pm on a Monday and not until after I submitted the order was I told the wait time is 122-132 minutes! Called instantly to simply cancel our order so we could order from somewhere else. Waited on hold for 45+ minutes and still didn’t get to talk to anyone.There’s a reason this location has 1.5 stars, my fault for thinking we’d get reasonable service.
