What Julia Bilderback doesn't like about Miette Et Chocolat:
12/3/22- I thought it would be fun to try a 'high end ' dessert. Inside the house was a small ginger cake. The cake was oddly fruity tasting instead of tasting like ginger or a spiced cake. It actually tasted more like a mulled wine that had fruit in it. For the price I paid I not only thought it was small, but I was expecting something of a higher quality. This place makes things look pretty, but the taste and quality is lacking.
Visually everything looks top quality and excellent. Had the mousse bar with some macaroons and they were tasty. Quality is there but overall a little over average. May have to try other desserts.
The cookies were amazingly delicious. I'd like to say thanks to my cousin for bringing some back for me! I also know the co-owner of this place, Gonzo from bake squad. Not like, know PERSONALLY
This place is amazing and delicious. The staff is so nice. We got bon bons and tiramisu. The bon bons were flavored passion fruit, lavender, chocolate carmel and madagascar vanilla. They were so good but my top two were passion fruit (sweet and tangy) and lavender (perfect balance). The other two were good but not as good. The tiramisu was absolutely stunning and so so good. I could eat 100 of those bon bons.
