Mcdonald's - Aurora

My order of the fritten and nuggets. both were moderate in the temperature, even when I drove away from the place. only 3 minutes away and so the distance did not contribute to the temperature. can't you get fresh pommes?

Don't get how my code for a deal is expired when it says it expires on 9/5/22. And the lady gave complete attitude while I was trying to figure it out. Don't work in customer service if you have attitude problems!

Worst McDonalds I have ever been too. Never get the orders right. Tried to order a 3 dollar mcdouble meal from the value menu and the worker said very condescendingly that the mcdouble was not on that menu. In between arguing with another co worker. Wont be back.... They are on every corner anyway. I have been going there for years but now the management is horribly

Early Warning!!! Before you might wanna order here! So I dont know what is the one Managers problem but after we told them they forgot almost our whole order she (The Manager) rolled her eyes at us and acted extremely rude to be honest I dont ever get upset over people forgetting my food I usual laugh it off and tell them its fine but when u get treated RUDELY by them after it was their FAULT that they forgot is EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL!!! I dont recommend this Mcdonalds at ALL! their service is TERRIBLE!!!

Cold food very greasy and wasnt great! I usually have a much better experience but sadly disappointed with this meal.
