King Wok Express - Aurora

Looked up reviews for quick Chinese food, and came upon this gem! Great price for a meal and the food itself is delicious! Way better than Panda Express. The Jalapeño chicken, orange chicken, and beef broccoli are the way to go! Also had excellentcustomer service! Will definitely be back!!!

I hate reviewing such a small place so terribly but it's honestly that bad. I love cheap Asian food so I ignored all the bad reviews and I definitely should have listened. The chicken was rubbery, the noodles subpar, and the egg roll was tough. I guessit's back to searching for a good cheap Asian place in the area

If NO STARS OR A NEGATIVE STAR RATING WERE A POSSIBLE CHOICE this would be it!! I could have prepared better tasting food I will not recommend or order from this place again. All dishes were NASTY

This place is sometimes great but it is so inconsistent it is upsetting. When they get it right, it's so good, however it is almost never the same. You get what you pay for, I never go here because I want great Chinese food, I go here because you get abox full of food for $10. It is just sad to say but I'm close to giving up on King Wok. I used to love this place. It's prettybad tonight. Worst yet.

Today is the last day I order from this restaurant. I order my food from their online menu, I got a plate or orange chicken which said it comes with steamed rice. When I went in, the man at the front asked to see the confirmation for the order, whichwas weird. I?ve ordered from this restaurant quite a lot and I?ve never had to show my email confirmation but I assumed maybethey?ve had issues with people taking orders that weren?t theirs. He went to hand me the bag and I noticed there was no steamedrice. He said it doesn?t come with it. I?ve ordered this exact meal at least 10 or more times since I started eating there andit has always come with steamed rice. I told him yes it does, he said it doesn?t, and I said that?s what your website says. Sohe went and got the rice and when he came back, he grabbed one of the paper menus to show me that I was wrong. I then proceededto pull up their website, their menu, and showed him that it says it comes with steamed rice. He said ?oh? and then went to theback of the restaurant. I left and I will not go back. Maybe instead of arguing with me, they should make sure their menus areconsistent. My food was good which is why they got 2 stars. Update: Their food really isn't that great. They give you largeportions of meat that look good, but by the time you eat the top layer of chicken, you're left with what's basically chunks ofbreading with no meat at all. Don't wait your money here.
