I visited the drive thru. The chicken was very dry. The lid came off the gravy and burned my grandson. Not Impresses by the service. The cashier forgot we were waiting in front on our drinks. Poor service and bad food.
Showed up and placed our order. Didn 't realize until we didn 't get our food in under 25min that we didn 't pay for one of the meals. By the time we sat there and the GM Silvia brought out our food twice and read my reciept twice... Our food was cold. When I went in to get a refund she demanded I return the cold food for my refund. So I did, but kept and paid for the drinks. Same GM was rude about the experience and not a single crew member had a sense of urgency . So terribly disappointed. We will NOT be returning.
During the ordering on the passage apropos a male worker, he asked if we wanted a drink with the meal, replied first no and then we asked if he came with him. then a female worker answer, they want the drink or not totally rude I moved to the window she answered again, want to drink her or not I informed her about her rudeness and she slam the window in our face. then I went in to complain to my mother and she went on to make faces on her when she spoke to another worker.
If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose that. When I inquired about the manager's name, the staff member simply said, "My name is manager!" After placing our order, I took the bag to the car. When my wife opened it, she found that the Pepsi, chicken, and sauces I had ordered were missing. I asked about the sauces, and the staff assured me everything was in the bag, but it was clearly lacking food. We have already reported this incident to the district manager and customer service, and I’m thankful we didn’t feel the need to involve the police. The manager claimed that because we had opened the bag in the car to take out the chicken, we shouldn't expect any other items. In the end, we left the food at the restaurant, hoping they could put it to better use.
The workers don 't know how to communicate with each other because they all speak different languages. The soda fountain is straight poison. I do go here often because it 's the only one around. everytime for a year straight I 've had to scream at them over the counter to get my order right. There was this one time I was about to hop back in that kitchen and show them how to cook some chicken. you want it come and get it . It 's probably the worst KFC in the country. They are lucky I like their coleslaw so much or I would legit never eat here. Floors are so greasy you can tell they never clean it. The smell of the place is like... old cheese.... and it 's been this way for two straight years lol. I thought it would have changed but I don 't think any new managers have been hired to fix the problem. It 's sad because I really like KFC. ?
