we had a good stay. The breakfast area is a bit small or the hotel was very crowded on the weekend because there were not enough chairs for breakfast. and the sofa bed the mattress is a bit hard to sleep on. you don't rest well. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hyatt Place Denver Airport:
Front desk screwed up the shuttle, had to pay an extra $50 for a cab, and then ran out of the room that I booked, so ended up in one that didn’t fit my needs at all. The front desk was very combative, rude, and would not help me solve any of these problems. Do not stay under any circumstances. View all feedback.
Rooms are nice, breakfast is pretty good hotel breakfast. Kevin the manager has been very accommodating for an unusual booking need caused by my work, five stars for them going above and beyond to help me out!Rooms: 5/5
Clean, and staff is great. Dropping one star due to no bacon for the ‘hot breakfast’. Instead it’s the dreaded microwave sausage. It’s hard to find bacon for breakfast at hotels these days.Rooms: 4/5
Room is clean and roomy with a small living room. Free coffee and cold drinks are nice. Here comes the bad part:-AC is loud even the fan is set to low-Toilet sometimes won't flush-Public poor is dirty
30 minutes after we arrived and checked into the hotel a note was slipped under our door, saying the water will be shut off at 8 o’clock in the evening and bare minimum would be off till 3 o’clock in the morning. The front desk person was extremely rude and unsympathetic and offered to sell us water for five dollars a bottle. We thought that wasn’t fair considering there is no running water in the hotel and we refused to pay that. they finally rolled her eyes at us and said fine and kind of huffed and slammed two bottles of water on the counter. I paid full rack rate because I trusted the Hyatt brand. What a disappointment. The front person needs to be retrained in customer service. *Another google reviewer on this page from a month ago shows a picture of the rude front desk person in the green shirt.*We asked to speak to a manager but there wasn’t one on duty. Also, the room smelled disgusting inside, like moldy stale carpet and cigarettes. We checked out and had to walk almost a mile to another hotel, which was lovely, empathetic and immediately offered us water.Lol I just got an email charging me for the room after that rude front desk person refused to give me confirmation that I would not be charged. Ugh this place is a messUpdate to management: I posted the notice. There was no miscommunication. Your front desk person handled this completely wrong and this is not the story they told and you absolutely know it.
Nice comfortable rooms with decent beds. The couch is also comfortable enough to sleep on. Breakfast is pretty standard with several choices. Disappointed that they didn't have enough workers to have a bartender the night we were there.Walkability: There are a couple restaurants that are walkable, but overall there isn't much in the area
