The meal was really mediocre; the oyster crackers were the best part of the meal

On 4/18 6pm I ordered a pepperoni pizza meatball sub with extra cheese, marinara on the side, and extra caramelized onions peppers. What I got was a sub that was MISSING all signs of pepperoni (the first ingredient! , MISSING extra cheese (something I paid extra for , marinara IN the sandwich (and none on the side, as I had to ask for that , and MISSING caramelized onions and peppers (why offer it in the app if it doesn't mean anything! . Basically they got the entire sandwich LITERALLY BACKWARDS, with the exception of getting the meatballs and bread correct (good job guys, not! . Oh, and they forgot the pickle, too. SERIOUSLY, HOW THE F DOES A SUB SHOP FAIL THIS BAD!?!? Needless to say, I'm probably never going back...EDIT: I went back today to let the store know of the mishap, and they were kind and responsive enough to remake my sub at no cost to me. So I'm revising my review to reflect 3 stars instead of one. I may indeed come back in the future, but I'll certainly be checking my orders before leaving!

I really enjoy the food from this place but this is the 3rd to go order that we’ve placed and have been missing items. First two orders they did not include our chocolate chip cookies and a bag of chips, and our last order they didn’t include a bottle of coke and a bag of Sun chips. Just getting a bit old considering this is 3+ times. Will not be ordering from this location again

A very clean place. Nice selection of subs to select from. Friendly staff. Nagatives: pricing on cup vs bowl of soup is odd. The bowl seems cup sized and the cup seems to be just about an inch smaller in width height. A bit pricy.

Arturo and Sebastian were really helpful answering my questions and very friendly young men.
