Dutch Bros Coffee - Aurora

I typically enjoy eating at Dutch Bros. However, my recent visit was quite frustrating. My son's drink lid was not put on properly and spilled all over him and his carseat. Additionally, my drink, a hazelnut truffle mocha as a cold pour, was not prepared correctly at all. It was missing the caramel drizzle and whipped cream on top. I was in a hurry and didn't notice until it was too late. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I believe this is the most delicious golden eagle with whipped cream I have ever tasted. It could be that the changing weather is enhancing the flavors. Perhaps. It could also be attributed to the exceptional service provided by the staff at this restaurant. They are consistently excellent. Whatever the reason, this dish simply tastes amazing.

The staff is always friendly when taking the orders, which makes a difficult day easier. During my recent visit, I picked up a drink and unfortunately, the soft top was forgotten. Despite my frustration, I went back and asked if they could add it to my drink. Lauren, who is one of my favorite staff members, was incredibly kind and immediately added the soft top without hesitation. It truly made my day! Thank you so much for the excellent service.

Zach is incredible, he has amazing people skills! He treats all the customers with kindness, as well as his co workers (you can tell they really admire and respect him). He is both super fast, and has great skills his drinks always taste the best! Valerie was also so positive and kind, with really positive energy! Definitely will return!!!

The slowest service of any coffee shop I?ve ever been to. Nobody should ever have to wait over 20 minutes for a single drink. Even during peak hours.. The employees will continue to serve drive through customers before making your drink, so definitely don?t bother going inside thinking it will be any quicker because it definitely won?t be. Absolutely absurd.
