It was busy, which i... read more I wish I could give negative stars. We frequent this Dunkin’ location often, but never again. I've never been treated so rudely in my life. It was busy, which is understandable. I ordered a cup of ice, a sausage croissant, and a hot chocolate. When I reached the window, the girl poured water into my cup of ice. I simply told her I only wanted ice, and she responded with attitude and walked away. We waited at the window for about eight minutes before another employee brought a bag with multiple items and gave it to me, but it wasn’t my order. Again, there was a major attitude. When I said that wasn’t my order, I was told I didn’t have to be rude, even though I hadn’t been. I apologized for the wait and reminded them my order had three items. They said they were short-staffed. Then a different girl claimed she had been working since 5 a.m. and they were short on staff. I told her I’d been up since 5 a.m. too, and was dealing with taking my daughter to urgent care. Then a third girl came to the window and started making remarks. I asked for a refund, but was told it wasn’t possible because no manager was available. I asked three times for the manager’s name and phone number. To top it all off, I had to ask twice for my hot chocolate. So, these three girls wasted about 20 minutes being rude and disrespectful, and still couldn’t get my order right. I also had a 20 oz Diet Coke, which was why I needed the ice. I’m sure some people might call me a “Karen,” and maybe I was at some point, but only after being completely disrespected by three immature employees.

We all ordered different items from the menu, a... read more The breakfast sandwiches were absolutely amazing! My friends and I stopped by after swimming at the Aurora pool. We all ordered different items from the menu, and none of us were disappointed. The pumpkin latte was delightful as well. We were really happy to find the dining room open. The staff was polite and friendly, greeting us instantly. Well done, Dunkin' Donuts! We will definitely return!

Wh... read more I had always had positive experiences at this restaurant until today. I ordered a French vanilla frozen coffee but ended up receiving a vanilla bean instead. When I mentioned it, the woman in the back was quite rude—she removed her headset and said, "I'm done with people; just tell him we're not remaking it." They pretended to blend another drink but ultimately gave me the same incorrect order. I left feeling very disappointed with the service, especially because the younger staff members are usually fantastic.
