My sister 's food was cold. She did not enjoy it. They forgot my dressing. Mexican coke might be made in Mexico but it 's not Mexican (39gs of sugar vs 7gs in Mexico) I would know, I just got back from there today. And I had no forks or napkins in the bag. While chipotle is quite good in the regular, this restaurant location was so loud: the server couldn't hear me when I ordered, they got my choice wrong and had to start, I ended after screaming so they could hear me. Hey, how's 'bout the f-ing music down, how's the point??
The ingredients always taste good and the employees are nice. However you MUST order in the store so you can watch them make your order. That is the only way you will get what you pay for. They seem to feel the need to do their jobs correctly when someone is directly watching them. DO NOT order online. You can pay for double or even triple protein (triple is not a real option, just being facetious and you will always get less protein than a single order. Not even an exaggeration, the single protein when watching them make it is a good amount more protein than ordering double online and then they make it in the back where no one is looking so they can get away with much much smaller portions. You will also get less guac and queso (both items we are paying extra to have... when you order online as well. It ends up making Chipotle way more expensive when you're paying for extras and not really receiving them. The amount you pay compared to what you get becomes simply not worth it.This must be a newer practice by Chipotle though because their online orders used to come out just like the orders made on the visible kitchen line. But somewhere along the way they must have noticed that they can get away with it. Most people aren't going to deconstruct their meal to verify this either so they'll continue to get away with it sadly.
The employees are just so rude and have an attitude. Very unprofessional! I wish I could give 0 stars
Manager on duty had bad customer service. She wanted to charge me double to put my burrito bowl in 2 bowls because it would be overflowing in just 1. When I asked just for a side of lettuce, she ended up charging me $1.25 for the side of lettuce . I promptly told her to refund it and handed her the lettuce. She had zero empathy and was rude when asked about the confusion. Go to another location
