Our visitor from Pennsylvania wanted to have Indian food, hence, we chose Cafe Tandor because of its convenient location and reviews. The service was terrific and the food delightful, especially the shrimp. View all feedback.

I arrived at the restaurant and was asked for the name. They went back in the kitchen and told me it will take another 5 minutes. So I didn’t get what I want and waited 50 minutes for it.
Not authentic at all. The curries are really bland and lack flavor. It's overpriced for such low quality.
The food and service were excellent. However, they should consider updating their wine list, and the red wine was served too cold for my taste.
I wrote a review for this place four years ago because it was my favorite Indian restaurant. However, on June 4, 2022, I drove my family there, which took about 35 to 40 minutes on a Saturday night. We arrived at 7:30 PM, and there were only about six tables occupied, so the restaurant seemed only one-third to half full. Initially, I was told they couldn't accommodate us, then I was informed there would be a 45-minute wait. We decided to leave and now I'm not inclined to return, as I doubt I'll want to go back and waste gas.
Eating okay, didn't taste authentic. I wouldn't visit here again. the appetizers were fried until it looked dark brown and not golden brown. the prices are ridiculously high, and it doesn't look like they knew the right entry for malai kofta or butter distributors. also the rice they used was cheaper white rice and not sona masoori or basmati, for the price they charge, they should use good quality rice.
