What Delores Frami doesn't like about Burger King:
I moved into her drive-thru at 10:23 there was a person before me the breakfast menu was up I say hello three times nobody says everything I sat there for about 4 minutes I said hello again they please keep it on them changed the breakfast menu to lunch and then she says I can help them now, they can't I wanted breakfast that changes earlier than the two tas she allegedly I am so sick of View all feedback.
My friend went in to order food for us, and he had asked for salat and tomaten on a burger and did not get it and apparently they both burger screwed

This location is the worst have been there numerous times and won't be going back even called corporate office had to go to BK on Smokey Hill Road to complete our order if I could give less than 1 star I would
So a Latina girl (Black long hair, long eyelashes) attended me at the drive thru just as rude as can be from the get go. I ordered a Double whopper meal Medium size with a coke she quickly says Ill have your order at the window. I then stated hold on Id like to order your 6.00 have it your way with a cheeseburger never did she ask me what I would like with the have it your way just assumed that I want the fry 's and chicken fry 's. I would have probably taken the drink but I was never asked. So when I go up to the window I ask her can I have your name? She rudely says to me I don 't have a name then I asked to speak to the manager she then said to me I am the manager . So I honk my horn to get the other girls name in the lobby and she speaks to her in Spanish not to give me information thinking I cant understand. Well guess again I speak fluent Spanish and I answered her back in Spanish I need her name. They both did not answer back wouldn 't give me information so I advised her I would be calling corporate so that the franchise owner could know the type of service this location is giving. Also the food was cold and was not fresh at all. Terrible, terrible service and quality of food! Owning my own small business just a couple blocks up the street I could never run a business like that and expect returned customers. I will make the longer tip to Mc Donald 's next time we are craving a hamburger. Very bad experience!
Terrible service. Understaffed with people who don't care. I would leave but I'm stuck in line waiting.
