What Lena Lane doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
The service at the restaurant was quite disappointing. All the staff members were young women, and one of them was actually arguing on the phone at the back counter, which felt very unprofessional. It was supposed to be Free Poplar Pizza Day, but they didn't have any available to give out. The store was clean and the staff were very friendly. The ice cream was delicious.
Took my 4 yr old to this location about an hour before closing. Two young employees were working, a male and female. Sadly I feel like there’s this stigma right now about young workers….BUTTTTT…Both were incredibly friendly, customer service was ON POINT!! The gal totally humored my kiddo with some taste tests and silly questions about flavors, then within 60 seconds of her serving him his bubble gum ice cream kids cone, the top half of the cone snapped off and fell face flat on the floor. She GRACIOUSLY offered to get him a new cone and proceeded to serve us the rest of our order with kindness and a genuine smile. Truly wish there was the ability to tip on a credit card receipt but honestly cannot say enough good things about this location and the care we were offered.

First time to this location as we recently moved to the area. The service was very nice and staff very polite. Not to mention the great ice cream
Great treats for summer they even have a dairy free mint chocolate chip if someone needs to avoid lactose.
