They don't use fresh ingredients; instead, everything is made with syrups for their smoothies and teas, which doesn't compare to real fruit. The service is also lacking, as they always seem unprepared, resulting in long wait times—typically around 40 minutes for everything. There are definitely better options available that focus on using genuine ingredients.
