My fiancé, friends, and I frequently visit this bubble tea spot because it's our favorite. However, on our first visit, our order was incorrect and when we returned to address the issue, we were met with rudeness and received subpar service. We even attempted to get a complimentary bubble tea to make up for the mistake. Despite spending over $80, the staff assumed we were just trying to get free drinks. Despite this, the drinks themselves are great and we will likely visit again in the future.

I recommend that they double check their transactions to ensure customers receive the correct change. On my second visit, the customer service was excellent, possibly because the manager was working that day. They were offering a 20% discount on their new matcha boba drink, which was a pleasant surprise. Despite the manager initially forgetting to apply the discount, they quickly rectified the error and were very friendly. The drinks at this restaurant are tasty, but on the pricier side compared to Chatime or Coco, which are nearby. I would recommend visiting this restaurant for a unique drink not found on the menus of other nearby establishments, as its ambiance and aesthetics are worth experiencing. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this place.

The restaurant is clean and inviting, with a charming seating area. There are numerous drink and dessert choices to choose from, and the upcoming menu looks intriguing. However, I wish there were more milk base options available. I also was disappointed that the mango potion did not have a stronger mango flavor, despite featuring mango bites and juice.

Very good and authentic Taiwan style bubble tea. They have a lot of customization options and the staff are quick.
