We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. We tried several items from the appetizer menu and all of them were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. What User doesn't like about The Moody Cow Pub:
I visited the restaurant on a quiet Wednesday afternoon for the first time. The food was delicious and the staff was very polite. We ordered some drinks that were not on the menu and the staff had never made them before. They decided to look up the recipe and when they realized it needed a specific alcohol they didn't have, someone went out to buy it just to make our drinks. 1) I arrived at 5:45 and the restaurant was not busy. However, after placing my order, only my beer and grilled calamari arrived promptly. All other items, such as pizza, pasta, wine, and even soup, took over 45 minutes to be served. 2) The food was disappointing, especially the grilled calamari which was swimming in water. It seemed like it had been cooked in salt water only. 3) If I wanted anything after my meal, like more beer or wine, I had to ask multiple times before it was brought to me. 4) Everything seemed overcooked. The wings were tasteless and dry, the mussels were overcooked, and the soup was too thick, as if it had been sitting in a pot for a long time. 5) The garlic bread was a letdown, with a strong garlic taste but costing $6 per order for very small pieces. It seemed over-boiled and lacked any garlic or butter flavor. Overall, the food was poor and the service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant was not busy. I will not be returning.

We also customized our own toppings for 2 pizzas and the pizza chef personally came to our table to make sure we were happy with how the pizzas were prepared. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be going back.
Pizza was good (we ordered immediately for the children) but there were 4 tables in the restaurant and we were completely forgotten. all we tried was the pizza (good) and the yorkshire slider (cold and with a speck of sauce)Husband had to stand up and go to the server to ask the bill after 30 minutes, in the hope that someone returns to take our main order and to refill at least. server said it's hot here. there were 4 tables and we were one of them. we went disappointed and we found another place to lunch.
Absolutely amazing food. My family and I went this last weekend I was blown away by the amazing food and the staff are also amazing. Had the owner come greet us and we even order food to go for our lunches the next day. I highly recommend checking this place out
