What fofal doesn't like about Pizza Nova:
My wife placed an order for pick up online. I arrived at the store to pick it up but found out they gave it to someone else. They made up a story that someone with the same name and phone number came to pick it up and they actually verified it(very believable). Instead of offering something small as compensation, they make stuff up as if it's not their fault. I understand people make mistakes but be mature and own up... View all feedback.
