Osmow's Shawarma - Aurora

Friendly service but the chicken shawarma in my wrap was cold. So unless you like cold food you may want to reconsider. Also charged for tzatziki.

I placed an order on Uber eats first time at this location. Surprisingly, it was best shawarma as compared to the other shawarma places we have in Aurora.

Can 't speak to the food because I didn 't get any. Whether its the restaurant or the apps fault, I don 't know. The order online for pickup is broken at this location. I ordered lunch for pickup in 25-30 minutes , which seamed long but was still do-able. On my way I get a message saying my single order of chicken on sticks won 't be ready for over 1 hour with no option to cancel the order or say no thanks . Is this intentional so they can keep your money, you go back to work without your food? No point ordering here for lunch or if you have any time considerations. Ripped off. Won 't order again.

Absolutely terrible service. Tried to order online through doordash. Waited about 20 min for them to accept and confirm my order. I tried calling them to see what was the issue. A woman answered saying hello, I began tell her my issue, she then hung up!!!! I tried calling right after incase she did not hear me, and SHE TURNED THE STORE PHONE OFF. I waited 5 more minutes, and my order still never got confirmed. Absolutely terrible service, been going to osmows for multiple years and never had a single issue with any of the other locations, never ordering from this aurora store again.
