I just stopped to get my favorite chicken skewer on a pita. mostly so delicate, but with my first bite. the hunch was full of grievous and fat. I live to far to give it back, but it was a bit disappointing when they demanded one. for Greek. View all feedback.
What Vidal Schuppe doesn't like about Mr Greek Express:
I was served stale baklava and when I asked if it was fresh, I was told it wasn't. They also burned my saganaki. Despite this, I still ate it because I didn't want to waste the food. I have been coming to this restaurant for years, but I am disappointed with the new management. They offered to replace the dishes, but it wasn't worth it. View all feedback.
We love the Mr. Greek chain of restaurants so, when we saw this one, we pulled in for lunch. The problem was that it's not the regular kind of restaurant, but an "Express" variety. So, you have to line up and order your food, and then someone brings it to your table. The music was blaring way too loudly, and it sounded more like East Indian music than Greek.... probably to encourage diners to leave fast, and thereby gain more table turnovers for the site. The decor was uninviting, and it felt cold inside. The sipping straws for our bottled Cokes were too short in length, and fell into the bottle making it hard to retrieve all the time. I mean, come on, fix this! The food quality was not as good as Mr. Greek on Yonge St. in New Market. The whole experience was a disaster..... will never return there, again.God Bless
Came to Mr Greek, as we had been here many times. Tonight they had no saganaki or olives. It also took almost 30 minutes to get our dinner. The whole place was being ran by teenagers who have no clue what they are doing! Best to find a different place, as things have been declining over the past year or so. I know we won't be back! You have lost a loyal customer!
This is a Mr. Greek express where you order your food at the counter and it is then served to you at the table. To get the pricing, you can't look at the video monitors above but must ask for/be given a menu with details of what's available. We usually choose the original dinners with chicken kabobs(2), and then have rice or potatoes, or vegetables, along with a Greek salad. Its a great option if you are in a hurry.
Good place for a quick meal. Nothing outstanding. Staff helpful and do the job well. Food is adequate and as expected.
Noisy environment. Had a chicken souv. Very disappointed as there was no real garlic pleasure flavor. Two souvelakis and ice tea $27 Way to noisy to come back .
