Bobby is the worst server and should be fired. She is rude and ignorant ! She is rude. Hear her swearing and mad at servers and customers for not tipping well. Well maybe I’d you gave good service you would be tipped well. Deserves to be fired

The food is great and the prices are very affordable.Unfortunately they add around 3% to every bill, as a whatever fee and according to the waitress to fight the inflation . This totally impacts the overall experience.

I love going to Chuck's but the women's bathroom is always dirty, today was especially dirty. I don't want to be specific but please check them every hour or 2. The toilet seats were soiled and the toilet roll dispenser was also soiled, yuch! The partitions are filthy, I do not think they have ever been wiped down. Again, love the place but please do full top to bottom scrubbing of the bathrooms and you will definitely see more patrons come back?

Do not eat here unless you want to be spitting out your food. I ordered the steak and lobster with mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes were fake powder mix. Corn was not on the cob, it was frozen corn and even then they still managed to screw it up. Tasted worse than frozen corn you buy at the grocery store. Even the lobster was way overcooked and mush.The waitress never came to check on us either. This was the worst food I’ve ever had. You’re better off going to Tim Hortons or Subway. I ordered the same meal last year and it was nothing like this. Very disappointed.

Had the most succulent sirloin here the other night. Also had succulent service from a wonderful young lady called Shannon! The mix of the juicy steak, countered with the juicy conversation made for an excellent experience! Will most definitely be back
