Feedback
Great location facing the park. Menu mainly focuses on meat. Whether tartare or grilled steaks. The wine list covers Bordeaux wines quite well and not too expensive. Glassware not so good. We arrived at 7.00pm and asked if we could have a drink while waiting for food service, well we waited and waited for service and then waited for our order of pre dinner drinks to arrive. After finishing our entree we had to ask 3 times for the bottle of red ordered at the commencement of the evening to be brought to the table. Meals of Gizieres salad and steaks for main course were average. The staff walked around not really caring for the clientele and certainly not wanting to make eye contact. There must be a better place to eat in Aurillac.
I had dinner here with friends and have to say I was very disappointed. The industrial looking apple pie was straight out of the freezer, with a taste of cardboard. It was seriously expensive for what it was. Obviously the place being a brasserie I wasn't expecting great gastronomy but everything here is seriously over-priced and I had the impression of being in a place where profit rules and not quality. The place seemed very popular and seemed to be the 'place to be' for the local sheeple. I really wonder why?
