It's a hot spot we found it by chance and since then we haven't been to the rillac without stopping us. Today cake with bacon and blue, calf liver: a feast. and all for an affordable price. special mention for breeze cabbages! back in the early summer: squid pie with squid pie and tropezo, scalope with avergnate and blueberry pie. In the month of August, this time, in the evening, we ate out: ham melon, tecalope auvergnate or apron and butter hotel master, chocolate cream. a party as usual. Neo-cantalou' for 3 years following my retirement, I take episodicly to this small restaurant that made me discover some of the best friends of the rillacois. modern room, unpretentious, but pleasant and functional. impeccable reception, friendly tjrs service. In the oven, the chef presents a continuous variation of his daily menus, which makes that if we return qq j later, we are sure to find a different list. and as a contributor has already pointed out: this is the house! And it looks like a palace. frozen foods that feed restaurants and other breweries, ds large and less large cities, are not here. Let's say it! the cellar, given the rank of this small restaurant, is excellent one apartment. in the country of red cows (or of the aubrac blond neighbors), it is a pity to serve in the red meat of the great Germanic cavalry, namely the sinnenthal which is found in most meat restaurants of this kind. It is far from dramatic, but the sinnenthal (fatty) has nothing to do with the cantalian production, dirt/aubrac. or even limousine. I understand the economic attractiveness of the sinnenthal solution for a craftsman. but it is possible to find, fundamentally, a good local meat at prices compatible with the necessary management of a small restoration company.
We ate very well. Small card and good homemade products. Copper red nickel meat. Very reasonable price. I forgot to make pictures of the dishes...
Warm welcome of the very smiling and very pleasant boss. Delicious dishes and absolutely succulent !!! We went there several times during our stay in Aurillac. We highly recommend this restaurant!!
Great welcome! It was the first time at the diner for my two-month puppy, we were well placed to make him comfortable and had a bowl of water. Very friendly and warm staff. I recommend.
