As good as the food is and as trendy the place is, it is let down by the poor service and excess waiting time for any order. The staff refused to switch on the AC even though there were 11 people in that cozy little space upstairs. Good infrastructure, chocolate flavour test is upto meet expectorations. Please make it more thick

Space is cool to hang, but it can not be cool for friends yet it is a good caffe

I would recommend you to go to the old Mokoholic, it has marginally better service than this. Much improvement needed.
