What User doesn't like about Pizza Roma:
Today at 7pm I order by phone for a delivery. The order arrives 2 hours later! And it's not the pizza ordered. I'm reminded, the manager says, "I'll call you back," but don't. I'll call back once, I'll explain the situation again, I'll be told that the store closes at 10:30 and it's too late and then I'll be hung up.
