We had dinner there one evening during the week, and had the aligot sausage. Very disappointed, an aligot base in a mini casserole dish and a small sausage. All for €18, the aligot lacked flavor. Too bad for a very nice establishment. The staff takes great care of the customers. View all feedback.
Sur le trajet Castres Lyon, nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce restaurant suite au reportage télévisé sur le chef. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment. La brasserie a un cadre très moderne qui surprend au départ. Une équipe de jeunes serveurs et serveuses bien sympathiques. De bons produits locaux bien travaillés. Le service est rapide. Nous nous sommes régalés. Une super halte à proximité de la A75. Prochain objectif le restaurant étoilé de Cyril Attrazic!
Saveurs et originalité se trouvent dans chacun des plats proposés au menu à 35€. Des alliances subtiles pourront surprendre quelques uns… Bref, un bon moment
I had ordered the fish of the day, that was a stock of the grouper served with rigatoni pasta. the fish was overcooked and dry and it was lacking sauce to make it pale. also that was completely overlooked what I tried to rectify with salt...and pfeffer, but finally there was on the court and sent it back to the kitchen. I have held the court of the day: in the grunde Guinea-Fowl and kartoffeln, with a few useless phrases (the fennel with wings needs rather inexorable. While the server reacted highly professionally, such a lack of basic cooking skills is simply shocking from the kitchen of a one-star michelin cook.
After the server I had prepared a Tradisional meal with ingredients from this area. well, I enjoyed everything. it was a good value for money. service was great.
We had a reserved table and we called them to warn our late, they waited us until the deadline in France. the place cozy and very nice, the service was perfect and the eating very satisfactorily.
