Visited Aulus les Bains as a day trip from St. Girons. Quaint little mountain village with a very good tourist center in the center of town and well marked hiking trails. On out pr return we were desperate for a beer and some lunch and came upon L'Etape. Very nice place...Guinguette magnifiers welcome you on the terrace .a boss and a nice boss, a good barn plate and a homemade blueberry pie ... all the ingredients to spend a good evening....
Very nice home, local products are very good. Home fries are succulent, meats also and I advise you to taste local beer. I recommend.
