We bought 2 Big Macs, we were served cold because the car before us stayed waiting 20 minutes, then we found that the salad was defused and that the steaks looked like soles, and all that embellished with really little sauce. We filed a claim and they offered to come back to make the order. The next day we returned and there it was even worse because they prepared all the orders, about 10 cars behind us before servin...
